1. Access & Eligibility

• The golf simulator is located in the Member Room at Chequessett Club and is available by reservation only.
• Only current Chequessett Club members aged 18 and older and their guests may book the simulator.
• Members are responsible for ensuring all guests adhere to these terms & conditions.

2. Outside Food & Beverage Policy

• No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the Member Room.
• All food and beverage must be purchased directly from the Chequessett Club – Bayside Bar & Grille.
• Members and guests are expected to properly dispose of trash and maintain the cleanliness of the Member Room.

3. Rental Time Limits

• Single golfers may reserve a maximum of one (1) hour per session.
• Groups may reserve up to four (4) consecutive hours, subject to availability.
• Reservation times include warm-up, set-up, and clean-up. Please arrive on time and vacate the room promptly at the end of your reserved session.

4. Equipment Use & Care

• Members and guests are allowed to bring their own equipment.
• All players must use the club-provided golf balls and tees to protect simulator equipment.
• Acceptable sports footwear is encouraged
• Members are responsible for any damage caused to the simulator equipment, software, or surrounding property resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow posted guidelines.
• Please report any technical issues immediately to club staff.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours prior to the reservation date.
• All cancellation requests must be emailed to: office@chequessettclub.com.
• Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a full reservation fee, with no refunds.

6. Member Responsibility

• The member making the reservation assumes full responsibility for the behavior and actions of all guests present during the reservation.
• Any damage to club property, the simulator, or surrounding area will be the responsibility of the reserving member.
• Members and guests must follow all club rules and staff instructions at all times.

7. General Conduct

• The golf simulator is intended for recreational use only. Lessons, clinics, or commercial use are prohibited unless pre-approved by Chequessett Club management.
• Excessive noise, inappropriate language, or disruptive behavior will result in the termination of the reservation and potential disciplinary action.
• The club reserves the right to deny access or revoke privileges at any time for failure to adhere to these policies.

8. Inclement Weather & Club Closures

• In the event of inclement weather or club closure, affected reservations will be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of Chequessett Club management.

9. Acknowledgement

By reserving the golf simulator, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in loss of reservation privileges, additional fees, and/or suspension of club privileges.
